Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Supervisor in San Diego, CA

As a Production Supervisor you will:
Supervise a team of 25-30 employees efficiently
Coordinate daily production activities to meet efficiency and quality standards
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely execution of work orders
Monitor workflow and troubleshoot production challenges to optimize operations
Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
Provide training, guidance, and leadership to production team members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Track production metrics and implement improvements for continuous efficiency

This is a Full time position

The ideal candidate will have:
Min of 5 years experience leading a team in manufacturing setting
Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience - oversees 25 - 30 people
Production Schedules and Production Planning knowledge
Strong Communication skills
Experience in production or manufacturing industry
Bilingual English / Spanish

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift 2:30PM - 11:00PM

**Must be able to train on 1st shift

Pay Rate: $31.00 - $33.65 per hour DOE
