performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide.
Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are
used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles

Supports the manufacturing production operations and obtains
Quality through the achievement of "Zero Defects" practices. Plans
and oversees activities concerning development, application, and
maintenance of quality standards.
* Designs, develops and implements standards and methods for
inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge of
mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineering and Fox
products and manufacturing processes
* Devises sampling procedures as well as procedures for recording,
evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
* Establishes a program to evaluate analytical testing, equipment,
facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and
* Compiles and writes training materials. Conducts training
sessions on quality control activities.
* Supports all organizational initiatives including Safety,
Quality, Productivity and Cost.
* Manages all projects with limited oversight from management.
* Manages complex technology developments and difficult customer
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
* Engineering knowledge
* Mechanical manufacturing methods, procedures and quality
* Time management and prioritization abilities
* Programming logic and Microsoft Office
* Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary

Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or a related field.
5+ years of quality experience in a production environment
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
May lift up to 50 lbs.
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of
