A medium sized non-profit hospital in California is seeking a Nurse Director Quality Management. The Nurse Director will lead hospital wide quality initiatives related to HCAHPS, Leap Frog Ratings, CMS & Survey preparedness and Performance Improvement. The Quality Management Nurse Director will be proud to work for a hospital that promotes health and wellness through the delivery of innovate, high quality patient care. The clinical leadership also hold to their vision of creating a healthy future for our community through better medicine and greater wellness. 

The Nurse Director Quality Management will report to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and will support multiple hospital unit Directors. The LeapFrog Group has given this hospital a C-Rating; however, many of the hospital’s metrics are in line with national averages. A Nurse Director with their CPHQ and experience improving quality metrics will be able to make an immediate impact at this acute care medical center. 

This hospital offers comprehensive patient services including: Emergency Services, Maternal Child, Surgery, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Oncology, Wound Care, Rehabilitation, ICU, Nuclear Medicine and traditional inpatient care. The Nurse Director Quality Management will work all hospital departments and leadership to ensure clear understanding of The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicaid Services, State and Federal regulatory bodies.
