CRT with Fluroroscopy Permit, ARRT, BLS, Certificate of advanced qualification preferred: ARRT-Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) and/or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) CA Venipuncture Certificate preferred.
