Position serves individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with vocational work and job coaching, daily living skills, and more Perform all duties in accordance with company policy and procedure Our established facilities are in search of compassionate nurses who understands the importance of meeting the needs of our members and promote a high quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES: Medical Oversight of Direct Care Professionals Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Dependability and Flexibility DAILY TASKS TO INCLUDE: G-Tube Changes and Catheter Changes Medication and MAR Management/Oversight Sliding Scale Blood Sugar Monitoring Respiratory Treatments Daily Head to Toe Assessments Follow Up Post Appointments to Ensure Compliance Relaying Patients Needs to Providers Carrying Out Physicians Orders Identifying Needs & Initiating New Orders with Physicians Documentation with the use of an Electronic Medical Record Responsible for Updating Patient Information & Accurate Record Keeping Assisting DSP with meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care. LICENSING: Current unrestricted Arizona PN/RN License Required Arizona Level 1 Finger Print Clearance Card CPR and First Aid Article 9 Certification (required in first 90 days of hire) Prevention and Support Certification (required in first 90 days of hire) Member Transportation to and from home as well as in the community Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all Reeves Foundation employees. To ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and to meet the needs of the individuals the organization serves on a daily basis, employees will be expected to adhere to their workplace schedule.
