Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, onsite opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist is available at an elementary school in Somerton, AZ. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 27, 2026, serving a K-8 itinerant caseload in an engaging school environment. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations Participating actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to assist with eligibility and planning Providing both direct and indirect occupational therapy services tailored to student needs Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development Qualifications and requirements: Valid Arizona State OT License issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Completion of an IVP Fingerprint Card as required by state regulations Experience working with children in school settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of K-8 students efficiently and effectively Benefits of this role include professional growth within a supportive educational environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes through targeted therapy services.
