AZ License in hand/active upon submittal AHA BLS This role involves evaluating, planning, administering, and supervising Occupational Therapy treatments based on physician referrals and regulatory standards. The therapist must demonstrate clinical competence and tailor treatments to the patient’s age and specific needs. Key Responsibilities: • Patient Evaluation & Planning: Assess patient abilities, set functional goals, and create individualized treatment plans. • Treatment Delivery: Administer therapy safely and adjust plans as needed, involving patients and families throughout. • Documentation: Complete thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of assessments and progress. • Communication: Effectively communicate with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure quality care and collaboration. • Flexibility: Adapt to schedule changes and assist across care areas. • Supervision & Delegation: Oversee support staff and students, ensuring competency and compliance with regulations. • Operational Contribution: Support departmental improvement initiatives and productivity goals. • Collaboration: Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to support patient care.
