TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Yuma, Arizona, 85364! Pay Information

1845-0715 Description: Unit DATE 7/28Start Dates are not
flexible.Department: MedSurg/Tele | OrthoRadius Rule: 100
milesNURSE PATIENT RATIOS: DAYS | 1:5-6 NIGHTS | 1:6 of Beds: 36
Required certifications: BLS. Preferred: ACLS. ORTHO-all, abd pain,
COPD, overdose, ETOH, weakness, psych, surgical. Occasional chest
tube, trachs, peritoneal dialysis patients. Are RNs required to
titrate drips: No Common titratable &/or set rate drips: May
see heparin on occasion. Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift:
Charge-yes, unless need to take patients due to census. Are there
nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit: PCA. 1:8-12. RT
Equipment: Bipap stable trachs, no changes to settings. Post
surgical trachs- must be able to suction, trach care. Drains-JP,
wound vacs-have wound care RN, ostomies. Are there tele/monitor
techs on this unit: Tele on this unit, dedicated monitor tech will
assist with reading tele but RN will need to ID significant
anomalies and alert care team as necessary. Shifts & Scheduling:
6:45 - 7:15am/pm. Weekend Requirement: Every other. Holiday
Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays. Floating Surg and ICU- for
stable patients. Scrub Color: Navy BlueHow many shifts of
unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical
ed/EPIC, one day floor. Cancellation may cancel hours equivalent to
the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment 36, 40, or 48 for a
13 week assignment. For all 26-week assignments, the cancellation
policy will be doubled. Charting BSN Required:No License to Trauma
