Pair Dental is looking for talented periodontist specialists.

We represent over 500 talented traveling specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career is challenging. Even if you own private practice or work for a DSO, many specialists have available days in their schedule that they'd like to fill.

Pair Dental has relationships with predominately independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for specialty providers like you to help improve patient care. Compensation is based on a Per Diem of your choosing, VS the greater of apx 40% -45% of the adjusted production. These practices are equipped with CBCT, Panorex x-ray units, some even have all your instruments, implant kits, fixtures, may be available. The practice we have is in need of a Periodontist 1 - 2 per month to come in for various procedures, including implants and perio related. If you are comfortable with extracting most PBI 3rd molars, or treating either the restorative or surgical component of Full Arch cases, those are huge pluses.

Pair Dental tends to attract practices that generally are in-network with Delta & out of network with other plans, although we get our fair share of practices heavier in-network with insurances. We can also arrange higher than usual per diems daily guarantees, in respect of you blocking out your day and the travel being a consideration.

How it works: After you've had a chance to meet and select some practices you'd like to work with, we'll continue to support the relationship by managing treatment days, setting payment terms, and billing the practice on your behalf. Pair Dental also provides credentialing, supplies procurement, team training, sourcing specialty assistants, and specialty billing services to minimize errors and increase your efficiency.
