Director of Operations & Commercial Property Manager - San Diego, CAWe are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Operations & Commercial Property Manager in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising all property managers and overseeing the operations of the property management department.
Manage the commercial portfolio of properties, including all aspects of property operations.
Maintain strong tenant and vendor relations.
Read, interpret, and understand leases and other legal documents.Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial property management and supervisory experience.
Current California Real Estate License.
Familiarity with software such as Excel, AppFolio, CoStar, AIR forms, MLS, OnSite, etc.Compensation:$85,000 - $95,000 annually.Equal Opportunity Employer
