Job Description:
Oversee and manage commercial building and construction projects
across the western United States. In this role, you will be
responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects,
maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering positive
relationships with clients. Client Details We are a leading

well as quick-service restaurants (QSR) and big box retail spaces.

invite you to join our team. Description Serve as the primary point
of contact on-site for retail construction projects as a traveling
superintendent Manage and supervise construction teams, including
subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate project activities, ensuring
adherence to schedules and budgets. Monitor construction progress,
quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and
regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential
issues, and implement corrective measures. Communicate effectively
with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project
updates and address any concerns. Collaborate with the project
management team to develop construction strategies and resolve any
construction-related challenges. Travel to various project
locations as required to ensure project success. Profile 5 years of
experience as a Traveling Superintendent in the retail construction
industry. Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, codes,
and regulations. Experience managing multiple projects
simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track
record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the
United States. Job Offer The salary range for this position is
$90,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and
qualifications, plus normal traveling superintendent benefits,
healthcare, per diem, car allowance, etc. MPI does not discriminate
