Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Assist with high-volume phone activity, including routing calls and taking detailed messages Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, document handling, filing, and scheduling Support the sales team by updating customer files and organizing lead information Handle incoming/outgoing mail, billing reminders, and follow-up communication Help maintain an organized and professional office environment Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work in a family-run, customer-focused office Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Insurance office experience is a plus, but not required
