Job Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a functional role (not an IT position) within the Finance Corporate Accounting organization, playing a key role in collaborating across Finance teams, the fintech organization, and other business units. Approximately 60% of this role is business and process-oriented, while 40% involves technical responsibilities.This individual contributor will ensure successful delivery of finance requirements during functional or offering changes, requiring in-depth content knowledge for scenario definition and testing validations. Additionally, they will manage daily operations within the Fintech Accounting function, operating efficiently amidst the fast-paced fintech environment.The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects and daily operations concurrently, with a primary focus on Fintech processes related to Payments, Payroll, Capital, and Banking products supported by proprietary systems.The candidate must have comprehensive experience in systems requirements and testing within Accounting or Financial processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to ensure finance functionality aligns with business delivery. Essential qualities include good business sense, independence, drive, teamwork, effective communication, and analytical proficiency.Responsibilities

• Scope: Partner with business stakeholders to understand platform capabilities and initiatives impacting the Finance Money Movement group. Collaborate with Process Architects to transfer knowledge and deliver finance requirements effectively.
• Test Coverage: Work with IT and Finance teams to ensure complete test scope coverage and correct execution, reviewing results to confirm system functionality and timely delivery.
• Test Validations: Use deep understanding of business processes and technology to identify defects and ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Testing Phases: Coordinate with stakeholders to validate system performance before release and resolve issues impeding sign-off.
• Change Management & Communication: Lead change management efforts, ensuring clear communication and understanding of risks and business impacts.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, communicate status regularly, and escalate issues as needed.
• Run the Business: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions leveraging technical and process expertise.Intuit offers competitive compensation, including base pay, bonuses, equity, and benefits, with pay ranges depending on location.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Systems, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
