Systems is looking for an Enterprise Test Lead to work on a
multi-disciplinary team in an Agile, fast-paced development
environment. This candidate will support the vision, strategy,
planning and ongoing support for the development, deployment, and
sustainment of an Enterprise Data, Applications and Platform (EDAP)
system. Assigned tasks may include the development of Test Plans,
Test Procedures, integration and requirement sell-off. The Test
Engineer will coordinate with the EDAP Technical Team to accomplish
program tasks, provide technical solutions, and support system
integration on the program.The objective of the program is to
procure, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy and sustain
software in the EDAP system. The EDAP system will run on a variety
of networks and security domains. These software capabilities will
also leverage services provided by the Cloud across multiple
domains. The capabilities delivered will need to be modular,
resilient and able to operate in any cloud based environment. The
ideal candidate will have experience leading the testing and
integration of complex and large software development projects.
This position requires support of customer meetings and operational
system deployment and support activities.Our engineers are the

need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement
to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular
role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will
be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the

specific position requires US citizenship status*Pay Information:
Salary Range: $131,331 - $223,309Please note: This range is based
on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,

specifics.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must have a Top Secret security clearance
- Experience with software integration and test processes for
software development programs
- Experience with requirements verification and stakeholder
validation for software transition to OPS
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities
- The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical
leads to communicate the technical approach, trade-offs, and
technical decisions
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Understanding and application of modern software development
and systems engineering practices, design principles, techniques,
and technologies
- Highly motivated and able to work well in both team and solo
settings
- Experience with developing systems engineering process for
planning dev, integration and test
- Capable of writing detailed test procedures
- Capable of learning new systems quicklyPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance would be highly
desired
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline,
and 10+ years related experience or equivalent experience, training
and/or certifications
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be
productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment
- Motivated self-starter with good problem solving skills,
judgment, and analytical capability
- Ability to develop improved methods to increase program
efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership skills (supervisory experience,
building teams, mentoring, building customer relationships)
- Ability to negotiate effectively with higher level managers,
functional managers, customers, industry partners, and
teammates
- Strong oral and written communications skills
